What are the office hours?
We’re at the office by appointment only.
When can I access my storage unit?
You have access 7 days a week from 5 am to 11 pm.
How do I pay my monthly storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card.
Do you offer boxes and other packing supplies?
Yes, we do. We currently sell locks, boxes, tape, and other supplies at our facility.
How long is the move-in process?
The move-in process should take around 10-15 minutes and can be completed 24 hours a day at our self-serve kiosk.
What documentation do I need to reserve a unit?
A valid driver’s license or federal ID with a photo is required to lease a unit.
How and when can I make a payment?
Make your payments online or at the facility using our 24-hour self-serve kiosk. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover. You can also set up autopay to have payments automatically charged to your credit card. After hours drop box available for your convenience.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases, allowing you to store with us short or long-term.
How much notice should be given before I move out?
We require a 10-day notice to move out.
